# Use Dock commands

> Find the implemented member and server-management commands.

Use Discord's command picker to see the Dock commands available to your account and server. Permissions and the running bot version can affect availability.

| Command | Purpose |
| - | - |
| `/help` | Show Dock information, statistics, and resources. |
| `/ping` | Check bot latency and connection information. |
| `/config` | Open the server's web dashboard for configuration. |
| `/dashboard` | Open the server's web dashboard. |
| `/profile` | Open account-profile management. |
| `/userinfo` | Inspect available information about a member. |
| `/update` | Queue a Group Binds sync for yourself or another member, subject to permissions. |
| `/verifyall` | Queue a server-wide Group Binds reconciliation, subject to permissions and confirmation. |

`/update` and `/verifyall` can lead to role changes. Review bind rules and test in an authorized server before using them for a community.

A successful `/ping` does not prove account verification, cache warming, or worker jobs are working. Check those flows separately.

Use the server's verification message for account verification. See [verification](https://docs.docksys.xyz/bot/verification.md) and [troubleshooting](https://docs.docksys.xyz/bot/troubleshooting.md).
