Terms of Service

Read the full agreement that governs access to Dock services.

Privacy Policy

Read how Dock collects, uses, protects, and retains information.

Acceptable use

You may not use Dock to:
  • Violate laws, regulations, Discord rules, Roblox rules, or platform policies.
  • Bypass or attempt to bypass security controls.
  • Scrape, automate, abuse, or repeatedly call the API to avoid limits, quotas, restrictions, or access controls.
  • Use multiple API keys, accounts, bots, proxies, rotating IPs, or similar methods to hide abusive usage.
  • Abuse rate limits or disrupt the services.
  • Reverse engineer, resell, sublicense, or transmit malware or unlawful content through Dock.
Attempts to bypass rate limits, quotas, restrictions, or access controls may result in limited, suspended, or revoked API keys and may also lead to account suspension or termination.

Detection and transparency

Dock processes limited technical data to keep verification, analytics, and abuse prevention working.
Dock may process account identifiers, timestamps, login metadata, hashed or encrypted IP-related values, internal account associations, and derived risk indicators.
Raw IP addresses are not disclosed to customers. Detection outputs are derived and probabilistic.
Dock may process Detection Data for security, abuse prevention, service integrity, analytics, and misuse detection.

Privacy commitments

Dock does not sell or rent Personal Data. Dock uses minimal cookies or similar technologies for security, session management, and reliability, not advertising or cross-site tracking. Depending on jurisdiction, users may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of processing of Personal Data. Privacy requests can be sent to [email protected].

Payment notes

Premium features require payment. Except where prohibited by law, fees are final and non-refundable. USD card payments are processed by Stripe, and Dock does not store full card numbers or sensitive authentication data.

Developer responsibility

You are responsible for:
  • Keeping API credentials confidential.
  • Not exposing tokens in client-side code.
  • Making fair use of API quotas.
  • Reviewing probabilistic detection outputs before taking moderation action.
  • Ensuring your own users understand how your integration uses Dock.
