Last Updated: November 8, 2025 These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a binding agreement between you and OfficialSteam (“Dock,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) governing your access to and use of Dock’s websites, APIs at api.docksys.xyz, verification system, alternate-account detection and account-link analysis systems, software, dashboards, bots, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services. Support: Discord community • Legal: [email protected]

1. Definitions

Account means a registered profile or API key issued by Dock.
Customer Data means information you or your end users submit to or through the Services.
Detection Data means login metadata and internal link records processed to identify potential alternate or connected accounts and related risk signals.
Documentation means any docs, specs, or policies we publish for the Services.
Premium means paid features, including alt detection, risk scoring, analytics, and enhanced quotas.

2. Eligibility; Authority; Acceptance

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required by Discord in your jurisdiction) and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms. If you are accepting on behalf of an entity, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind that entity, and “you” will refer to that entity. If you do not meet these requirements, you may not use the Services.

3. Changes to the Services or Terms

We may modify the Services or these Terms at any time. Material changes include changes to pricing, data practices, core functionality, or your primary obligations under these Terms. Material changes will be reflected by an updated “Last Updated” date and may be described in our Change Log. If you continue to use the Services after any changes become effective, you are deemed to accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using the Services.

4. Description of Services

The Services are intended for community management, verification, analytics, security, and automation. They include:
  • Discord ↔ Roblox verification and linking
  • APIs and dashboards to manage links and lookups
  • Premium features such as alternate-account detection, risk scoring, analytics, and related tooling
  • Security logging, abuse prevention, and automation
You acknowledge that certain features involve automated analysis of login and account activity (including stored IP hashes and internal link records) to identify potential alternate or connected accounts and suspicious activity. Some processing of Detection Data is necessary to operate the Services and protect communities and is not offered on an opt out basis. If you do not want this type of processing, you must not use the Services. To the extent required by applicable law, you may have rights to access, delete, or restrict processing of personal data. Those rights and how to exercise them are described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Accounts, API Keys, and Security

You must keep credentials and API keys confidential and use them only as permitted in these Terms and the Documentation. You are responsible for all activity under your Account and keys, whether or not you authorized it. You must promptly notify us if you believe your Account or keys are compromised. We may monitor use for security and compliance and may suspend, rotate, or revoke keys or Accounts immediately if we suspect misuse, abuse, compromise, or violation of these Terms or law.

6. Acceptable Use

You will not (and will not permit others to):
  • violate any applicable law, regulation, rights of others, or third party policies applicable to integrated platforms (for example Discord or Roblox)
  • probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Services or circumvent any security or technical controls
  • interfere with or overload the Services, including through abusive rate-limit evasion, automated scraping that degrades service, or denial of service activity
  • reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works of the Services except to the limited extent such restriction is prohibited by law
  • resell, sublicense, lease, or share API keys or access to the Services without our prior written consent
  • submit malware or content that is unlawful, harassing, defamatory, fraudulent, or otherwise objectionable
We may throttle, restrict, suspend, or terminate access to the Services for any violation of this Section or if we reasonably believe your use poses risk to the Services or others.

7. Logs, Detection, and Transparency

For security, integrity, analytics, and abuse prevention, Dock processes and stores, in accordance with our Privacy Policy:
  • Hashed or encrypted IP related data associated with login and verification events
  • Guild IDs, user and account identifiers, and request metadata
  • Detected associations and risk indicators between accounts derived from login and link data
  • Timestamps, endpoint paths, and key identifiers
Detection uses internal account link analysis and stored login metadata to generate risk scores, flags, and similar outputs. Premium and other outputs may expose derived results (such as risk levels, flags, or summary stats) but do not provide raw login logs, full IP addresses, or decrypted IP values to customers. We may use and share aggregated or de-identified data that does not reasonably identify an individual user for purposes such as analytics, research, and improving the Services. Logs are retained securely and are not sold or rented as “sell” is defined under applicable data protection laws. We may disclose information if required by law, in response to lawful requests, or if we believe in good faith that disclosure is needed to protect safety, rights, or property of Dock, our users, or others.

8. Third Party Services

The Services may integrate with, or rely on, third party platforms and providers (for example Discord, Roblox, Cloudflare, email and hosting providers). Your use of those third party services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies, not these Terms. Dock is not responsible for third party services and is not liable for acts or omissions of any third party provider.

9. Intellectual Property; Feedback

Dock and its content, software, and Documentation are owned by us and our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited rights expressly granted in these Terms, we reserve all rights in and to the Services. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for their intended purpose. If you provide feedback, ideas, or suggestions, you grant Dock a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty free license to use, copy, modify, and exploit that feedback without restriction or obligation to you.

10. Customer Data

You represent and warrant that:
  • you have obtained all necessary permissions, consents, and notices required to submit Customer Data to the Services and to permit Dock to process Customer Data as described in these Terms and the Privacy Policy
  • your use of the Services and your processing of Customer Data complies with all applicable laws and third party terms
You are solely responsible for Customer Data, including its accuracy, quality, and legality. Dock does not control Customer Data and is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from Customer Data or your use of it.

11. Privacy; Data Protection

Our processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. If you or your organization are subject to specific data protection regimes (for example GDPR or CCPA), you are responsible for implementing appropriate notices, establishing a valid legal basis, and obtaining required consents from your end users where needed. Dock may act as an independent controller or a processor depending on the context of processing as described in the Privacy Policy.

12. Premium; Fees; Taxes; Refunds

Premium features may require payment of fees. Unless otherwise stated in a separate written agreement:
  • except where prohibited by law, all Premium payments are final and non refundable
  • we may change Premium pricing, features, or tiers upon notice posted to the Services or site
  • “Lifetime” Premium purchasers retain access to the specific Lifetime features available at the time of purchase, subject to fair use, security and technical limitations, and the continued availability of the underlying Services
  • prices are exclusive of any taxes, duties, levies, or similar governmental assessments, which are your responsibility and may be charged in addition to the listed price
We may suspend or terminate Premium or your access to Premium features for non payment or breach of these Terms. Any refunds or credits we choose to provide are at our sole discretion and do not obligate us to provide future refunds.

13. Service Levels; Maintenance; Beta

Dock does not guarantee that the Services will be available at all times or free from interruptions. We may perform maintenance, updates, or other service work, which may affect availability. Where reasonable, we will communicate scheduled maintenance in advance, but we may also conduct emergency maintenance without prior notice. Certain features may be labeled or offered as alpha, beta, preview, or similar. Such features are provided as experimental or trial functionality, may be incomplete or change significantly, and may be suspended or discontinued at any time. To the maximum extent allowed by law, beta or preview features are provided as is with no warranties or commitments.

14. Warranty Disclaimer

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICES AND DOCUMENTATION ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” DOCK MAKES NO WARRANTIES OR REPRESENTATIONS OF ANY KIND, AND DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTIES ARISING OUT OF COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE. WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, DOCK DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE ERROR FREE, SECURE, OR UNINTERRUPTED, OR THAT ANY DETECTIONS, ANALYSES, OR RISK SCORES WILL BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR SUITABLE FOR YOUR PARTICULAR USE CASE. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DOCK’S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF:

SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW LIMITS ON IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES. IN THOSE JURISDICTIONS, THE ABOVE DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATIONS APPLY ONLY TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Dock and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, demands, actions, investigations, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to:
  • your use of the Services
  • Customer Data or your processing of personal data
  • your breach of these Terms
  • your violation of any law or third party rights
We may, at our option and expense, participate in the defense of any claim. You may not settle any claim in a way that imposes an obligation on Dock, affects Dock’s rights, or admits fault by Dock without our prior written consent.

17. Term; Suspension; Termination; Data

We may assign or transfer these Terms, in whole or in part, in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets, or by operation of law, or to any affiliate.

20. Force Majeure

We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting from events or circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, power or internet failures, labor disputes, governmental actions, or network or infrastructure attacks.

21. Governing Law; Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Subject to any mandatory arbitration or dispute resolution provisions under applicable law, the exclusive venue for any action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
